Angela Sun
Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on the 19th of October, 1979. She is an American journalist, sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television presenter. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has been awarded accolades for her efforts in Santa Clara County California was born on the 19th of October 1979. She earned her degree from the University of California with a degree in sociology and communications. Sun was an excellent surfer and took part in numerous pro-am surfing events. That led her to receive sponsorship from major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, among others. Recognition of these surfing events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the industry of entertainment. She later became a journalist investigative sportscaster and film director. Sun has worked for many channels, primarily as an anchor. She was a reporter for Fox Sports Net as a reporter in 2003. She also hosted American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute from 2014 to 2015. Sun is the only Asian American to ever appear as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has worked in numerous films and her abilities as an actress have been praised and lauded. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Shackled 2005 Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. In 2014 Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch a feature-length documentary about marine pollution caused by plastic and its impact on the ecosystem.
